Who we share it with
We share limited information only with the third-party tools required to deliver our services. These currently include:

- Google Workspace — for email and document collaboration.
- Resend — for transactional email delivery from forms.
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — for anonymous usage analytics.
- Stripe — for payment processing where applicable.
- Hosting providers (Vercel / Cloudflare) — for serving our site.
Each of these tools has its own privacy policy and security commitments. We choose providers with strong reputations for data protection.
Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, attribution, and basic site functionality. Specifically:

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, in case you re-engage. Client records are kept for at least 7 years to meet AU tax and record-keeping law. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

- Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).

Some of our service providers (e.g. Google, Stripe, Vercel, Cloudflare) are based in or transmit data to the United States and other jurisdictions. We rely on the standard contractual clauses and other appropriate safeguards these providers maintain to protect your data during transfer.
Children
Our services aren't intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when it last changed. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients where relevant.
